(For those groups where everyone wants their own bed, this place is ideal for up to 12 guests)

Four full bathrooms each have a walk in glass enclosed shower, a meticulously stocked chef’s kitchen with all of the accouterments that go with such a kitchen, a dining table that truly seats the same number of guests the apartment sleeps – this is THE home away from home you want for your stay in Chicago.

Bachelor & Bachelorette groups love our space – but note that as live in owner’s we’re pretty particular about welcoming only the best behaved, so if your group is looking for a beautiful, comfortable space, and especially if you imagine sitting together around the dining table over a dinner or brunch together (we can even suggest local caterers) – we are THE vacation rental for you!

**If you’re a group that’s coming ONLY to bar hop and party all night – we might not be the space for you…. (we’re a family friendly building and aren’t keen on lots of drunken guests stumbling in at 3 AM ;-( **
